Changzhou Pengfu Tools Co., Ltd. (PENGFU TOOLS) was established in 2013. After more than a decade of continuous development, the company has built a comprehensive production system covering blank preparation, centerless grinding, step grinding, CNC tool grinding, post-processing, inspection, R&D testing, and sales.
Supported by an experienced R&D team, a rigorous quality-control system, and strong market insight, PENGFU TOOLS has developed into a comprehensive cutting-tool solutions provider integrating research, testing, production, and sales.
The company currently operates 20 preliminary-processing machines, 150 imported and domestic machining units, 20 inspection devices, and 10 post-processing machines, with a monthly production capacity of up to one million cutting tools.
Our standardized production management covers every stage—from material selection and manufacturing to inspection and packaging. All procedures are performed according to strict technical standards.
For new customer projects, each product undergoes project evaluation, research and development, trial production, testing, improvement, retesting, and final verification before mass production.
